I have co-founded what is currently the largest ESL testing and training center in Armenia (ICLT), a Pearson accredited international high school and middle school (BISA), helped develop a Prometric, Cambridge English and ETS testing center (ESOLARM), and founded a pre-school (Boo Academy).

I am passionate about education & learning theories and any environment where I get to apply those to solve real-life problems. I am currently most interested in capacity building and optimization through e-learning and instructional design, along with use of scenario based learning to drive engagement.

I am a published author and a contributing writer for leading literary magazines in Armenia. I run a science fiction column. I write Armenian science-fiction to fill the genre void in Caucasus region, among other more humble reasons. Also a rather clumsy motorcyclist and a world-class baker.
